Pumpkin Cookies

While perusing online (bhg.com to be specific) I came across a recipe that claimed, "Melt In Your Mouth Pumpkin Cookies."  It sounded tempting so I read the reviews.  Every single review raved at how great these cookies tasted.  So, of course, I had to make them.

They did not disappoint!  Now to find lucky taste testers so that I don't eat them all!
